Good morning sim league GMs!
Welcome to this year's installment of the Cuban Report's free agency review.
This year's class, as compared to recent years, is a little shallow. There are, however, some outstanding players to be had and any team with cap space is hoping most of these guys make it to the offseason without offering to resign. That said, we all expect Shaq to resign for 6 years and 67 million dollars.

Ankly had a hard cap issue when he had someone to sign and Soup said he could go over the hardcap to resign, but had to get under the hard cap somehow after. So fecta could sign Miner and trade him or someone else.
