Chris Wilcox 20 PF/C 6'10 221 Maryland B D+ D+ B- B A Strengths:
The main thing that jumps out about Wilcox is his explosive leaping ability. If he gets the ball anywhere in the paint he is a threat to finish with a thundering dunk. He’s very quick and runs the court like a gazelle for easy dunks in transition. On defense, Wilcox is a good shot blocker that has the ability to get even better thanks to his timing, long arms and explosive hops. He attacks the glass when rebounding and has the ability to grab boards that are out of his area. Will be a highly sought after commodity as he has loads of untapped potential and incredible athleticism. Weaknesses:
From a fundamental standpoint Wilcox is still learning the little things of the game. His offensive game is still pretty raw, as he lacks an assortment of post moves. Though he has shown the ability to draw fouls in the lane, his poor free throw shooting rarely allows him to take full advantage of the opportunity. Upper body strength is an issue and a reason he could struggle early on as a post defender.

Maryland vs Duke games were a fun watch. For some reason, I thought he was a better player than his college stats.
