Waiver will be ran after Sim 8 and before Sim 9. You can only send one bid. He will go on your roster with a 1.2 mil salary (team must have the hard cap space), and you will not have bird years on him. There is a minimum bid of 1,000 dumpbucks and no maximum bid. In the event there is a tie, the team with the lower win percentage will win the waiver. If you make a bid and have insufficient funds, you will lose the money you do have, and the waiver will go to the next available GM. If player was on your roster at anytime this season you aren't eligible to put in a claim.
