The interesting thing about this game is that if you're a civilian, only you know that for sure. So in the first round, you have to make the best guess based on what you do know. What else do I know? I know Odin was a mafia last game and admitted in shout that he targeted me first because I was one of the most competent. Odin led the day off by voting for me. That is the only solid info I have and it leads me to believe that he is mafia and is trying to off me without having to use a night move. Smart move. I am going with Odin for now. This sounds like a lot of jedi mind tricks, odds of Odin being Mafia 2 games in a row are very low. I also think Odin is smart enough not to make the same mistakes. You have been trying to rally a ton of support, I am thinking you are not on the good side this game. My vote is for Heebs |

Because you can go remove the like later to "eliminate" the evidence. Ank wants everything you do to be traceable so people can see it later if they want. |

If I die everyone will know I am a civilian and then my "jedi mind tricks," otherwise known as logic, will be proven to be not deceptive. So my death will actually help the town because it will provide credibility to my statements. At that point I expect Odin will be killed on day 2. I urge the town to pay attention to who votes to kill Odin on day 2 and, more importantly, who does not. |

I think Heebs and Odin are both mafia and this is an elaborate con I hope I am that deceptive when I get to play mafia. The problem with being mafia is that the more you say, the easier it is for someone to find a hole in your logic and discover who you are. I disliked 20s "state you are not mafia" ploy in game 1, but I really liked his uncompromising honesty approach. It allows you to openly discuss what you do and do not know and, as long as you are consistently open and honest, accumulate credibility. It will backfire, however, when I am actually mafia unless I'm able to continue the stream-of-thought "honesty." If all of a sudden I stop making rambling posts with the inner workings of my brain, you'll know I am mafia. |

I would argue that going after someone who we don't expect to participate that much in the thread is the smarter move. Active pariticpants will at least have a record in this thread and evidence for future vote deliberations
