also the bodyguard should not come forward because the Mafia can just hit him in the night instead of the cop and not have to sacrifice their own member

if it turns out soup is mafia, timpig's day three vote was in soup's favor just like his day two vote, as was herb's though with less leverage.
that leaves bankz and delap. days one and two were all throwaway votes from them, but bankz were both for soup. day three they both voted spl, but bankz did so to put spl up 4-3 and delap's was spl's first vote.
i would lean bankz, but we hopefully have several more days to figure it out.

my feeling from most likely to least:
soup
timpig
herb
taco
bankz
delap
if fecta isn't the real cop and he doesn't come forward we're screwed anyway
