I'm on adderall (also prescription). i am not mafia. as always i would love bodyguard protection tonight i also encourage the players who have already voted for me to change their votes, for the following reasons: 1. i am a known civ, getting rid of me weakens the civilian position 2. as we saw last game, it's possible (albeit unlikely) to randomly land on two mafia as leading vote getters, which can force the mafia's hand. removing that possibility by putting a known civ as a leading vote getter weakens the civilian position 3. we get a lot of information based on how people vote. if you let petty vendettas govern you, we can't establish your mafia/civness in this game. this (you guessed it) weakens the civilian position if you insist on voting for me, you are either mafia or don't care about weakening the civilian position, and either way i suggest to the town at large that we get rid of them. ideally they will just put their big boy pants on, build a bridge, throw the salt over their shoulder, catch up with Lloyd a few miles down the road and slit his throat, but the world is often not ideal. I'm between heebs and spl. I just think they play so erratic that it's never beneficial for us. I was benficial in game 1, I was benficial in game 2 for the mafia, Game 3 I had to make a call because we were fucked as mafia. I threw myself under the bus and tried to create as much misdirection as possible on my way out. |

This game is not supposed to carry over from one game to the next, it is not about setting up a running strategy of whom you can trust based off what they say then having a gameplan that you need to adhere to because of what was said. You have to go into each game and make your individual decisions on how the game is played. |

I am now gamethrowing as well, but I am not defining it as literally every game, just until Eric stops. what i said was i would always announce when i was mafia. this helps the people on my team 70% (or so) of the time and hurts them 30% of the time. what you're doing is hurting the people on your team 70% of the time and not helping them the other 30% because the mafia would be targeting me anyway. 70% - 30% > -70% |
