Also interested to here FectaDEEZ defend his votes last round where he voted Ank per RNG (which he didn't post) and then switched to Odin later in the round. It was the first round, Ank's was due to RNG and then someone made a good point about Odin being worthless as a civ so I voted for him.  Yeah but you didn't post the results of your list randomizer. You just said "Ank per RNG". How do we know that wasn't a vote just meant to gain credibility before you switched it to who you really wanted? |

by the way, I haven't ruled out JHB yet as the third mafia member.
He successfully outed a mafia member, the only person who could have pulled off such a feat would be the cop who investigated Ank, or a fellow mafioso who knew who else was in the mafia. It would be a pretty smooth trick to pull to have The Godfather pull a fake cop routine and take out a mafia member. Would give instant credibility and likely take them completely out of the running to get voted off when looking for the last mafia member. Also, couldn't be discovered as mafia by the real cop.
I don't think it is likely so it's definitely not worth using a vote on now, but it is something for us to keep in the back of our minds if we still haven't found the last mafia in a couple more days.

If he did pull that move, there should be a real cop who now should come forward as you won't be able to get any more useful information anyway.
If there is another real cop besides JHB, I urge you to come forward.

I was thinking along the same lines as 20s but I don't think they would sacrifice 2/3 of the mafia for a gambit that could so easily fall apart if the real cop came forward.

Only penalty would be if he admin kills a remaining civ, because he can't admin kill someone who is already dead. |

I think it's more likely than not that the godfather voted for Ankly day 2. SPL, GBG, and Pete were the last three people to pile on (other than Delap). None of them voted for a confirmed civ day 1, so that's not helpful.
Any one else have a theory that we could explore?

Also not sure why we would only look at the last votes for ank when he was outed as mafia by a cop with the first vote. Godfather could have then voted ank at any time, including fecta and myself. |

His original rule was that only players in the current game could post tallies and we couldn't get cute. Getting cute certainly meant stuff like me posting a sheet that eric made or was participating in making. I asked if I could continue to post just the updated sheet after I'd died. He originally said yes. I posted that the question wasn't necessary because I could still update it after I was dead and didn't need to re-post. He deleted the yes and then said I couldn't continue to post them. Nothing was said about updating the sheet. Last night I reminded people that I'd continue to update them, consistent with my post earlier in the day. Soup said that would be considered getting cute. I posted an updated sheet reminding people that it was against the rules to look at it after I'd been killed. Soup threatened to RNG kill a civilian if I updated the sheet one second after I died. I considered posting "Ok, I'll wait until two seconds after I've died" but decided I didn't want to press the issue any further. He later deleted that post. I'm not sure if he deleted it because he won't RNG kill a civilian if I update it after I die, but I won't be updating it after I die just in case. |
