Good game. Wasn't sold on GBG at all but decided to trust 20s was a civ and was gonna vote with him the next round if it happened

I appreciate that Ank and Delap both tried to contribute some after they were killed. I was hoping I could bring it home for the squad, but it was just too much. |

Setup was pretty bad and overly favorable to the town. Town wins like 80% of the time with cop and dual protection vs 3 mafia.
Not a single mafia member was killed by anything resembling actual analysis. An investigation, a bodyguard death, and a guess with 2 pile ons.
We still could have won though. Geebs just votes for duc without providing any analysis on other players, and we probably survive that round.

just a little non judgmental observation, having built games of my own in the past
sometimes rules that are clear to us, tyler, the creator, are not clear to other people
if someone asks a simple yes or no question about a given rule, quoting the rule is both not helpful and requires a lot more work than a simple yes or no answer.
in the same way that players in the game are not necessarily mafia even if they appear to be acting shady, people are not necessarily trying to grief you if they appear to be asking questions you feel you've already answered.

It was just a guessing game with no real analysis after JHB came out on Day 2. |

I think three power civ roles vs three mafia is pretty overpowering. Could we have played it differently or better and won, probably but the deck was stacked against us. We're just lucky we killed the doctor night one otherwise the town could have had the BG come forward and have the doctor stay in the shadows and protect the BG who is protecting the cop.

I'm liberal on stuff that doesn't really effect how players are perceived, but I think 20s shout crossed that line.
