Possible roles so far:
Oracle: works as a cop
Morpheus: works as a bodyguard
Agent Smith: one time during the game he may choose to turn another player into a machine.
Cypher: on day x will have the opportunity to flip to the machines
Neo: any machine hit on him will kill both machine and Neo.
Trinity: works as the doctor role
The Architect: works as The Godfather role

I also think a cool role for games would be some sort of gravedigger role, not sure how we can work it into this, maybe one of the computer tech people. This role can communicate with the dead civ thread to bring information back.

That's too powerful of a role for a civilian. Never able to be hit? yeah, but that role cannot be investigated by the cop either. It makes more strategy involved in who the cop investigates or who the mafia hit. |

Yeah, on the app game that is one of the roles, it makes it a difficult thing in terms of being able to investigate.
On the app I typically get into 16 person games and they will do something like
mafia mafia mafia (or specialty role Kamikaze or Framer) toaster (visits a person at night and that person dies in the following night) Godfather cop (cops have to agree on the person to investigate) cop cop doc (can protect different people) doc granny (sided with town, kills anyone who visits at night) speciality role (Sniper, gravedigger, bulletproof, creeper) civ civ civ Joker or fool - if he is killed by town he wins (sided with neither town or mafia)
