it is called a grave digger role, that role will have access to the dead civ thread and you can bring 1 person to life at the cost of his life. However, you have to be careful on what to trust in that thread because mafia will be added to the thread and there are potentially 2 mafia roles that will not be identified on death. |

Also, in the Druce and Heebs roles, do they have to put Go Irish in every post in the thread? Wouldn't that just out themselves right away?

I think it's really important that duplicates are possible. We've done like 4 or 5 of these themed games where everyone has a unique role (even when from a pool of more than there are players), and those games always end super early with role reveals.

Town
Timpig - Can investigate one person a night and is told if they are Town, Mafia or neutral (Godfather will show up as Town)
Pete - Bernie Sanders - He runs this town and is our mayor, starting day 3 his votes count as 3 votes
SPL - Can go on night alert 3 times and anyone that visits him at night is dead unless that individual is night immune. If someone night immune attempts to kill him, both he and the hitter will be informed.
Trofie - bodyguard - can protect someone at night, if successful in protection he and the hitter die.
20s - Night immune - He can husk around at night and hang out and drink outside someones house and is told who visits that individual, he is not told the role of anyone who visits the individual.
fecta Can drive 2 people around at night, can drive himself. The 2 targets are switched, he cannot drive a night immune.
Delap - He is in the dead civ thread and can communicate with the dead civs. He can bring 1 person back to life from the dead at the cost of his life.
Eric computer - night immune - at night he can send mass communications to an individual and prevent them from doing any night activites. If successful that individual has to post a music video of Kina. If he is killed, his role is not revealed to the town.
Heebs Knows the identiy of Druce and can communicate with him, even after death in a PM thread or via text and at the end of each correspondence, you must include "Go Irish"

JHBHe can see who visits someone at night, however, unlike 20s he is not night immune but he is told who visits and their role. If they are a night immune, he will know who visits and that they are night immune (Godfather will show as night immune)
Odin - unlike the real odin, it is hard to vote him out of the game. Votes against Odin count as 1/2 votes. So if there are 6 votes against, it only counts as 3. The votes will tally at the end of the day and the game never sees the tally total.
Mafia - Mafia will be added to the dead civ thread when killed this game
Bankz - Godfather - night immune to activies and undetectable to night investigations. If he is voted out during the day, one person that voted for him will randomly be choosen and could join the mafia. If they decide to join the mafia, their mafia role will be randomized and town will be notified that the mafia numbers have grown.
Ank - Weasel - he can visit one person at night and he tells that individual who they have to vote for on the next day. If he visits someone at night he cannot make a hit.
GBG - Janitor - if he makes the hit for the mafia, on 2 kills he can clean the body and the town will not know of their role in the game. If killed, his role will not be revealed.
RV silencer - he can visit one person at night and send them many private messages and they are silenced for the next day.
Soup badass redneck - He is night immune and can screw with the town and choose 2 people and have their roles changed. No message or confirmation of changes will be told to the town. If he is killed his role is not revealed to the town.
Skrouse The Hurricane - He can move 1/2 the votes from one target to another at the end of the day. The town is not notifed of the change in vote total, just who was eliminated. He can perform this action once in the game and he would be available to hit at night.
Neutral - Also added to the dead civ chat
BK - killer of shout - He can silence anyone but the person leading in votes during the day. He wins if the town votes out his silenced target or if he is the last alive. If he dies, his role is not revealed.
Devine Dexter - Kills one person at night and removes them from the game with no clue. He wins the game if he kills JHB or if he is the last alive.
Fason Anyone that dies in the game, he will be given the option of assuming their role in the game and if he takes the role, he wins if the team he alligns with wins. Town will be told that Fason has assumed a role if he is in the game. However, the town will not know the role he obtained.
Canes lawyered - He can save a person from town execution and the next highest vote total gets eliminated. He then becomes alligned with the side of who he saved (Mafia, Town or Neutral). He will be notifed of his allignment after he saves the individual.

i hadn't thought about it before but more vote-based roles make for really interesting mechanics, at least in theory. i would even be interested in seeing just the vote-based roles go at it. good work on the roles spl. even with all the chaos i think that

SPL two quick thoughs, with all the vote rules how are you going to determine majority? i feel like simple majority of voters makes the most sense also how will canes' power work if there's an unopposed vote (majority or otherwise) like 6-0? i feel like he shouldn't be able to use his power unless there's at least one other person who has received one vote
