fun game with the cavsstart off with a fairly uneventful five point lead at the Q after one then the teams combine for 99 points in the second quarter 98 and a year, we'll call that even money for the price of admission new york scores 40 in the third and storms out to a 28 point lead the land storms right back and closes it to 7 with 2:34 remaining and the ball dan majerle passes up the shot to ray spaulding, who throws it off marcus bol's elbow in a "shot" "attempt" knick guards take turns missing layups until bol gathers tries to drive away from the basket for some reason gathers elevates scores and the foul, on you guessed it ray spaulding knicks up 10 with 1:45 so you think they'd coast the rest of the way but ray spaulding redeems himself with 35 seconds left collects a rebound dribbles the length of the court this is your power forward running the fast break, now cuts hard to his left rises for an uncontested fadeaway with his right hand the brick falls into jae crowder's bemused hands without so much as grazing the backboard and the knicks run four corners to close it out eric will probably put him #1 on the rookie ladder lmbo |
