I'm not naive enough to think SPL checks every link, but I hope he spot checks some. I do. But they are posted publicly for anyone else to audit. If someone was ever outed for falsifying box score claims, the punishment would be severe. I would hope no one has ever attempted that. Again, I am not trying to misinterpret anything you are saying. What did you mean by if I have the power, I need to use it in regards to this topic? Hopefully that can be cleared up with open communication. The power to block people from using the information ank openly posted. Ah ok, I am not blocking anyone from using what ank posted. He just didn't post enough to actually suffice as box score claims for anyone. All the rewards mentioned in this article would be open to claim if the GM of the team does so in the format that has been required for sim decades and that ank was required to post his in as well. If my earlier comments were taken to mean that no box score rewards from 3051 can be claimed since ank posted this article, I apologize as that is not what I meant. |

I really do listen to the GMs and consider anything they bring up, if it is the sentiment league wide that box score rewards are an abuse of my power as commish and shouldn't exist, I am willing to listen and take a look. #impeach20s #boxscoreshurt |

This is a pretty ridiculous mis-interpretation of what I'm saying. The point is that the box score data was made available to everyone, ank dropped the knowledge then claimed points for it in his "article" and I don't see how taking advantage of the information posted shouldn't be allowed to be taken advantage of by everyone. SPL doesn't check every single link when someone posts their achievements anyways. I'm not naive enough to think SPL checks every link, but I hope he spot checks some. I do. ANK1990 could you also parse how much of a team box score reward each position has contributed to? so a center who has 5 blocks in a game where the team had exactly 15 blocks would get 8. 3 bucks, or if they had 4 blocks in a game where the team had exactly 16 blocks they would get 6.25

This has the Cavs listed at 5200 for 3051, I claimed 5400 but that included +200 for end of season awards and +125 for POTW. I apparently missed 125 in the box scores. I check them with each sim, click on every box score, then add anything I gained to a notepad along with the link so I don't have to go back and tally things up. I typically save the notepad until end of season and post everything at once

I treat box scores like a mineral extractor in the 1800s. I know there's scores i just take what i want and I don't care about efficiency or if it does long term damage
