timpig you played well but got mana-fucked, i only saw one bad decision at one point that might've cost you the game. you should've used giant growth to pump up your grizzlies to block my spider, killing my spider. next turn you could block my lost soul killing it and the bears. then i'd only have the 1/1 turtle to attack you with each turn, buying you way more time to draw shit.

IIRC I thought about this, but that particular turn I had used my one forest to play the Grizzlies, so I didn't have the requisite green mana to buff them and block. When I couldn't do that, it was pretty clear (if it hadn't been already) that the game was over, so I said meh and just used it the next turn to avoid being shut out. |
