Hands have been sent to each player.
We are using these rules:
Lands, creatures, enchantments, artifacts, and sorceries can only be cast during your turn.
Only one land can be played per turn.
Creatures cannot tap the turn they are summoned.
Sorceries are sent to the graveyard after being cast.
Instants can be cast at any time.
The player whose turn it is goes first.
Interrupts, mana sources, and a card's activated abilities are treated as instants.

in his second main phase odin taps Island to cast Energy Tap  on Yotian Soldier, gaining 3 mana. he then taps Plains to summon Grapeshot Catapult  and ends turn odin 9 life billy 19 life |
