Which part are people mad about? Bowie or the picks? As a level headed member of the TMBSL, I could accept Bowie for Grunfield straight up. Yes, JHB are most likely worthless but it is easy to get value from those picks as well all over value 1st from time to time. In addition, no offense to JHB, he isn't exactly Soup/Buster/Dirt where it is nearly a guarantee that they will be good and their pick will be shit. While I don't assume JHB's pick will be a top 5 pick it could very easily be in the 10-20 range and we have seen players like Khalid Reeves, the aforementioned Ernie Grunfield be drafted in this range. |

My comment wasn't so much of an indictment on you as a GM rather pointing out you don't have some juggernaut of a team that will dominate for the foreseeable future and thus making those picks having 0 value. |

Ank, can you give your reasoning and thought process behind this one? I would be interested to hear it.
I am extremely anti-vetoing trades. The only situation where I support it is where collusion is suspected. If both owners want to make a trade and there is no cheating involved, go for it. This one gives me a little bit of question. So I would like to hear your thoughts. I mean, did you not think you could dump Bowie (if you wanted to rid yourself of his albatross of a 4 year, 12 mil contract :-/ so bad) for free to someone without having to give 3 1sts to get it done?
