2. Between the Buried and Me. I've been pretty into some Artificial Brain, Gorguts, Agalloch, and Spawn of Possession lately though.

3. I'll list a few: 2poor blowing it up after Gervin left. The Bowie trade, but you seem to have recovered from that ok. Dirt trading for Gilmore. Dirt destroying his team the year magic was expiring; Magic had resigned in probably 80% of fake sims until then. Dump for cutting catfish.

1. What has been the biggest change in your approach to creating rookies from the first couple of draft classes to now after having a good amount of experience on the job?
2. Say you step back into a GM role again some day, what are some commish specific things that you have learned that you think would make you a much better GM than before commishing?
3. Which major trade(s) if any in which the majority of the league thought it was clearly won by 1 side when in reality you know based on behind the scenes stuff (potential/attribute) you thought different? (example if say Bowie really had 20 potential and Grunfeld had 100 potential therefore ankly clearly won the trade)

3. Barkley, Champ, Alvin, MJ, Bowie, Hakeem. Bowie was a project, his potential just didn't reflect it.

1. My approach hasn't really change much. I've learned a lot about which grades should be high or low to get players to perform in a specific way. The biggest thing though is I'm finally getting what how to make players without constantly checking the grades, which speeds up file creation substantially.

2. The biggest thing would be being able to look at a players stats and know the general range of what all his grades are. A pg with high rebounding and defensive grade with low steals, rebounds, and high FTs would mean really high quickness.
