Something like -5 to 10. On a random category. You pick 3 you'd like. Odin randomizes for the 3 other categories. So a total of 6. Then random.org the category and upgrade. No 85 cap this is a better articulated version of my training camp I proposed this awhile ago but thanks to Obama it never caught on. Now that we have the Senate we should see more traction on important issues moving forward. It's a small step towards the big picture. But it's coming together |

I proposed the random generator as a +10 to a random category. New idea is much better imo

And I thought there could be like 3 different wheels to choose from.
1 wheel that is pretty safe. You'll probably land on a good result, but you might not. Nothing extremely good or bad. Boring wheel
1 wheel that is kind of a middle ground.
1 wheel that has a couple really bad and really good results. Risky wheel.
