Willie Cauley-Stein
Position: C Age: 22 Height: 7'0 Weight: 244 School: Kentucky C+ D+ C- A- B B
Willie Cauley-Stein has every physical tool scouts could dream of. He is the gold standard when it comes to athleticism for big men prospects. He can run the floor very well, he is long, quick and strong for his body size. He is a force to be reckoned with on the defensive end of the floor, impacting opposing offenses big time. He grabs, steals, blocks, and has the versatility to handle multiple players. What's not to love? Well, he lacks offensive polish at this point in time and while he shoots a good percentage, he is basically non-existent on the offensive end other than putbacks and dunks. He is an inconsistent defensive rebounder, not performing quite as well as most scouts think he could. However, he is a beast on the offensive glass. His defense should translate to the next level immediately and that has him squarely in the lotto on many draft boards.

Interesting. Would probably like him a little more if he was C+ inside

I don't like to nitpick, but isn't WCS the classic defense only big man? Is it possible to make a prospect B- inside with about a zero in inside scoring.

Never realized he only has a 7'2 wingspan, always thought it was longer.
