Lol @ your take on the Collier deal. When you grow up you'll realize that when you agree to something in writing it is binding. I don't care how you think you interpreted the rule by a two word post in a thread, but if you were dumb enough to put those stipulations in a trade them you're sure as hell going to follow up with them.

This makes little sense, if I post a deal that breaks the rules and the other gm agrees to it, the deal doesn't go through. Just because no one recognized it broke the rules doesn't make it binding. |

Gentlemen agreement trade backs werent enforced. That what Odin meant. When you put it in words as part of the deal it now ceases to be a gentlemens agreement. It becomes part of the deal.

Thanks for quoting it. Most people wouldn't have done that and would have dug in. the fact that he made that "ruling" and was then one to be part of a trade that included a tradeback stipulation should show that no real thought went into that ruling and it clearly was not as black and white as RW is making it out to be. |

You think because no thought was put into the rule and that I agreed to the stipulation in the trade that it should and has been enforceable. My position is that rules posted at the time of the trade still apply regardless if I was aware of them at the time. It's a difference in opinions, that's all and it really doesn't matter at this point. I would like to ask you what happened with the Kobe to Utah deal? |

The money didn't work on the Kobe to Utah trade and they didn't fix it after Soup said there'd be severe punishments for people that pulled shit like they were planning to pull.

I'm pretty happy the money didn't work because I was uncomfortable with it after I thought about the consequences. |
