Thinking Sunday, August 30th seems like a good day for the draft. The following week is Labor Day so that won't work. Let's tentatively plan on that. It's 5 days after the game comes out. I'd prefer waiting until after week 1. Gives madden a few weeks to tweak ratings and account for UDFA's/lower round guys who are already outplaying their draft status. AKA the set of rosters that come with the box are always shit tier |

After week one he was 75 with Quick because of his preseason play. its not that big of a deal to me, but I would prefer to wait. If people don't want to wait until the regular season, at least wait until the first roster update |

I saw a cool way of determining draft order...setting up a single-game elimination style tournament and having the winner pick where they go in the draft, 2nd place picks 2nd, and so forth.
So winner could pick #1 or wherever they wanted. 2nd place would get 2nd choice, etc.
