Going to try this and see what kind of reaction we get.
Every team has the opportunity to enter a non rookie player and 2000 @dumptime bucks for a chance of that player gaining 5 potential.
All players entered will be put in a random generator with the top spot being awarded the reward.
If a player wins the +5 potential reward, he is not eligible for any future potential wheels.
