My ballot:
20s - 10, Always at the top or the bottom Ank - 8, Knows how to build his type of team Ayyoe - 4, Don't see him around often, but sim Dump is nice Bankz - 6, Never has been able to sustain long-term success but has built decent teams Bruns - 7, Has been pretty bad as of late, but knows what to do. Buster - 9, Lots of experience Canes- 4, Was a better GM in 2.0 when I assume he had more time Dil - 7, Bender looks good and he knows how to GM Dirt - 8, Loves to deal and knows how to build a team. Druce - 5, Won a Championship, but thought the Tobi signing would result in more wins. Duc- 4, Nice to have him back Dump - 6, Very active and good for league. Hasn't had long-term success Eric - 5, Sabermetrican of the league. Hasn't resulted in a ton of success... yet Fason - 8, Like what he has done in his rebuild and good teams. GBG - 9, Gifted a team, but blew it apart well and is willing to deal. Heebs - 9, Knows how to deal despite some drama. Has always contended or tanked well. Jerry West - 3, Can only draft and tank well. JHB - 3, Has had a few good years. kn - 8, Knows how to build a team. Majic - 3, Inactive for obvious reasons, so tough to say. Odin - 6, Knows the software, but hasn't been as dominate as some of the top GMs Pete - 7, Deals well and builds decent teams. RV - 1, Less active and less success than me. Shaun - 6, Won a championship and looks to be in a decent tank. Soup - 10, I have been around nearly 5 years and I don't think everyone realizes how smoothly the league is running currently. Spl - 5, Like the team, but haven't seen enough to go any higher. Taco - 2, Still learning but was in a tough position when he took over. Trofie - 7, We can never make a deal, but he knows what he is doing. Victor - 3, Never has gotten over the hump. Yawn - 2, Inactive, but I like the guy.

I think JW has Shaun and Victor confused Correct, for some reason I thought the Cavs won under Shaun. Either way I don't have too many or any issues with a GM.

20s - 9. Was able to transition nicely with the Knight and Brooks moves. I won't hold his lack of playoff success against him. Ank - 6. Kind of stagnant. I think he is trying to tank right now. Bad news for him is that there isn't a lot of new meat for him to jump on. Ayyoe - 6. Having one of the best players in the league hides a lot of things. The Gay move was nice since he has produced. Bankz - 7. Easily frustrated due to his lack of success from his stellar core. Brandon isn't getting any younger. Getting Kawhi was nice though. Bruns - 4. It seems like he is on one of those #dumptanks after his original Oscar team. When will he make a jump? Buster - 7. Finally won a title, then got softwared when Rowdy left. Recovered nicely with the Mighty Mouse comeback. Canes- 4. Has a nice core, but we've seen this story before. Will it have a different ending? Dil - 4. Bad drafting, questionable moves, etc. Better hope he wins the lotto this season. Would have liked him to keep Bradley alongside Bender. Dirt - 7. I like his team. Franchise is coming into his own. Chitwood/Sharman are a good wing duo, 3 bigs averaging 2.5+ blocks per game is nice. Druce - 6. It seems like he has been in purgatory forever. Someone who rapes their best friend like that leaves me questioning their character. Duc- 5. Questionable moves. I feel like Lil Penny will never be a good PG on an elite team. Bennett is the best piece. Feel like Duc needs to just tank it out instead of wasting his time on these weird FA deals. Dump - 6. Doing much better right now, especially without Soup's handholding. Has one of the best teams in the league. Can't get out of KN's shadow. Eric - 6. Great teambuilder of 8 seeds, which is apparently Eric's goal, so good for him. Fason - 9. One of the best, if not the best GM in the league. He is the total package. GBG - 6. Cousy deal was the steal of the century. Got lucky with that Wiggins discount instead of paying a MAX. Heebs - 8. Outside of his ways, he is a great GM. I don't quite get what he is doing right now. But I liked the Edney move to get Exum out of that PG spot. Jerry West - 3. Trades Cousy to get his 32 pick back, and is right in the same spot as he was with Cousy. Typical JW. JHB - 4. Despite his recent playoff success, he has made some really bad moves. Mainly bailing Heebs out of that Beasley deal and giving him a legit PG. kn - 9. Fuck you. I hate you. You suck. I hope Kyriesus gets into a really bad car accident together on their way to a game. Fucker. Majic - 4. Slight point bump due to having a banner. Besides that, what the fuck are you doing? Odin - 8. You have grown up so much as a GM in this league recently. You are the steady rock GM of the Central. Granted your team goes however far Myles decides it goes. Pete - 7. I liked the Wes Matthews, Tobias, and Shawn Bradley moves. Your squad would be so much better had you gone with Muresan instead of George Lynch though. RV - 4. When are you going to get off your ass and do something before Randle croaks over and dies? You have one of the best big men in the league and you're not even in the playoffs... Jesus... Shaun - 6. I actually liked the Benji move for you. Could pay off really well depending on what Dil does this offseason. I like your big men combo and the promise of a GMJ, Giannis wing combo. Just needs a little more firepower. Soup - 10. One of, if not, the best commissioner that we have ever had in the league. Don't ever leave TMBSL, Soup. Even though I know you would like to be a GM again someday. Spl - 7. Sharman move ultimately was a death knell for this current core of players. Left them with a gaping hole at SG that they just havent filled yet. I liked the Kenny Anderson move though. Taco - 4. Should call the Warriors, Dario Saric and the 14 Scrubs. That Augmon deal is atrocious. Trofie - 8. Took advantage of some weakling GMs. Trying to copy a winning formula in the league. At least he isn't acting wishy washy anymore....for now. Victor - 5. I don't care if you won a "title" Yawn - 3. What can I say about Yawn that I can say about that rock sitting in that corner over there? They are both pretty much useless. And they both have the same amount of personality.

20s - 10 has built the best teams, doesn't have the hardware he should though Ank - 8 has very good teams, bad timing for the GM rankings for him imo Ayyoe - 7 has a very stable team. Gets lucky in the playoffs. Bankz - 8 very good Gm who like 20's probably doesn't have the hardware he should Bruns - 7 hasn't been the 2.0 bruns but overall has been a good 4.0. People will probably have him lower than they should. Also the only person that will throw a fuckin Alley oop. Buster - 8 has a top heavy team and might be at the end of his run but has that title Canes- 2 probably one of the worst Gm's Dil - 8 has the history but lacks recent success. He's basically Texas A&M except he's been successful at something at somepoint in life Dirt - 8 isn't as active as you used to be. Still a top tier gm Druce - 8- Has the titles, doesn't have much success lately which is surprising as his team looks good on Paper. Toilet Paper (devine) Duc- 5 tough to tell where he is at as he got handed a raw situation. Is coming out nicely though. Dump - 7 Historic success lack of anything recently. I like Dump though Eric - 7- does more with less than anyone in the league. Fason - 9 elite gm great guy, lightweight GBG - 8 has shown that it's not that easy when you have to build your own squad. Still an upper level gm. Heebs - 9 builds great teams, finally got rewarded for his patience. Jerry West - 2 . Trades for his pick then doesn't tank. Fucking Magnets JHB - 4 - Elite Gm Trofie has gotten Kevin Brooks and Lopez from JHB kn - 9 - I gave him 3/5th last time. Can't do that again. Times are changing. Majic - 3 Abort Abort Abort Odin - 8 consistently good. Has gotten some luck with the old guys not retiring for whatever reason. Memphis must be a great place for Old people to retire and get shot at. Pete - 8 Love me some Pistol. One of the only 7 footers that can run the point successfully RV - 3 not quite Canesfan bad, That's not a compliment Shaun - 8 ruled the down central and has shown he knows what he's doing. I really like Shaun. Also got rid of the stigma that you had to be rich to get rid of Aids. Soup - 10 this is a commish rating not Gm. rating doesn't change though. Spl - 8 so close to a 9 for me. Lack of titles hurt this young man. Taco - 6 built a decent team , got into a bit of a cap crunch. Now he's reaping what he sowed or something. Great guy though Trofie - 8 lack of titles hurt him. Probably has one of the best Big men ever in 2k though. If he had a team worth a shit he'd be taking a trip to see the NBA finals. Victor - 7 Won that title fluke or not. Stuck with his team and may have got lucky , but it counts. Yawn - 1 Lower than Canes, has traded more Talent than Slave owners in the 1800's

20s - 9
Not much has changed since the last rankings. 20s remains among the best at finding bargain FAs and retooling on the fly. His teams are always within striking distance of the title.
Ank - 8
Put together a really nice team that finally brought a title to Phoenix. All-in move for Templeton and Russell was good in the short term but has him hamstrung for now.
Ayyoe - 5
Steady performance from TMBSL's favorite ghost gm. Probably should be a little more aggressive in looking for the last couple pieces to turn the Wolves into a legit contender, but Sim Dump will keep him competitive for a long time.
Bankz - 7
Finally built a sustainable title contender by nailing top picks, getting some FA steals, and stealing a player from Yawn. Now it's up to the software to see if it'll result in a title.
Bruns - 5.5
Feels like ages since the Bulls were the class of the central. Bruns doesn't seem to have the same level of interest anymore, and he hasn't had much excitement lately to change it.
Buster - 8
Buster finally had things break his way in the playoffs. Can still swing trades with the best of them and is has put together a title caliber team in each decade of the league.
Canes - 4
Nobody has done less with more. Has gotten some huge breaks in the software but his team builds have a habit of fizzling out.
Dil - 7
Still coasting off his reputation from the Stanley Robinson years
Dirt - 8.5
Seems to be a lot more intentional with his trading. Maybe now that he's not on the forum as often, he hasn't been as impatient with his moves and I think it's paid off.
Druce - 9
Confusing that his current team isn't better, but Druce is still one of the best. Shouldn't have raped his friend, though
Duc - 5
Rejoined the league in a shitty situation, and has been trying to restock the cupboard. Shouldn't be forgotten that he laid a lot of the groundwork for the Blazers' title before leaving.
Dump - 6
Fortuitous timing saves Dump from a horrible rating. If these rankings were done two seasons ago he would've been at the bottom of the heap, but he's got a real stew going in Boston. Has nailed his draft picks for the past four or five seasons.
Eric - 7
I've come around a lot on Eric the GM. He probably got a bit lucky with his finals run, but he's done a great job of building competitive teams despite never having a true #1 option.
Fason - 9.5
Fason continues to shine using his slash and burn farming. He has drafted very well over the years, and prefers to tear his team's foundation down a year too early instead of a year too late. He's on track for yet another good core, especially if he can land one of the top picks this season.
GBG - 6.5
GBG is still trying to convert from a team on the rise to a true contender. Has a lot of interesting prospects but hasn't quite gotten any of them to the elite starter level.
Heebs - 10
Heebs has won at least 50 games every season since he drafted Niang in 3013. No one else has come close to that kind of consistentency.
Jerry West - 4
Still struggling to find his footing after his return, but at least his teams have been solidly in the playoffs for most of that time. Got roasted for the Cousy trade but things aren't looking quite as bad as they were made out to be.
JHB - 4.5
Had an interesting team for a couple seasons but has gone back to some questionable moves. The Lopez trade made very little sense
kn - 8.5
As long as Jesus resigns, KN is set for the next decade plus. This is now his fourth or fifth title-caliber team build, so he's proven his merit as one of the top GMs in the league.
Majic - 5
Probably still uses the "it's my first day" excuse at his job. Made some good moves for the title but hasn't really gotten back to that form since.
Odin - 7.5
The window is basically closed on the Myles Turner era, but Odin did a good job in maximizing his opportunities. Interested to see what life after Myles looks like.
Pete - 7.5
Still hasn't put together a really dominant run, but has a good looking core in place now.
RV - 4
Unless he can get served up another star through the draft/free agency, RV is probably going to stay where he is. Content to hang around the late lotto.
Shaun - 7
SugarShaun had some good success with the Benji/Tristan Thompson core and probably tore down at the right time. His next teambuilding attempt will help to solidify where he should be on these rankings.
Soup - 10
Fantastic commissioner, I think we're all grateful that he's consistently on schedule and running the league like a machine. He was as consistently great as a GM as he is as a commish.
Spl - 8
He's been very good since returning, finding some good pieces in the draft with Ackles and Valanciunas, and then building the team around them through trades and FA. Definitely understands how to build a winner.
Taco - 4
Taco is still getting his feet under him. That Augmon deal was terrible.
Trofie - 7.5
Always capable of putting together an interesting team, but hasn't really made any noise in the playoffs in a while. Probably should've held on to Kevin Brooks.
Victor - 5
#ohwow was fun, and he's made some good trades recently, but outside of one magical playoff run he hasn't built any consistent winner.
Yawn - 4
Love yawn, but he's made some headscratching moves lately. When he's engaged, like when he had the Blair/Lawson/McCloud/Morrison teams, he's a capable gm.

20s - 9, one of the best but hasn't had any recent playoff success Ank - 7, bring back the ank bank Ayyoe - 5, he has lasted much longer than i expected and isn't a bad gm either Bankz - 5, a far better gm than most give him credit for but hasn't seemed to care as much lately Bruns - 3, he seems to have taken most of 4.0 off Buster - 5, average and apathetic at this point Canes- 4, he is really good at tanking for an elite player and doing nothing with him. hopefully that will change when this tank ends. Dil - 8, sometimes i forget he's in the league. a good gm that hasn't tanked poorly over the last several years. Dirt - 8, better than most but seems to also be on team apathy these days Druce - 7, a guy that has always been a good but never had much playoff success before 4.0. he'll be missed if he really is out the door soon. Duc- 5, the hawks best gm since w2d Dump - 5, the tank is finally over. good for dump. Eric - 6, he wins with very little talent. that must mean something. Fason - 9, elite GBG - 5, it sure would suck if he lost brand this off season Heebs - 9, I'm not handing out 10s but if I did he would probably be the only one to get one. Jerry West - 1, why? JHB - 5, the magic randomly had some nice success for a few years but the roster is in desperate need of a retool. kn - 6, very good drafter with bad playoff luck. Majic - 5, standard rating for a standard gm Odin - 7, improving rtr Pete - 7, good but had a low stretch here lately. recent draft success should mean the tide is turning. RV - 5, I don't know why he think I hate him. Shaun - 7, I'm still bitter about the 2015 semi finals. Soup - not rating him because he isn't a gm Spl - 5, great roster, no success Taco - 4, i think taco is the least experienced gm and it shows but i have faith that he will learn. Trofie - 7, trof has had a really rough decade or two but is one of the best and one of my favorites Victor - 6, +1 for the fluke title Yawn - 1, who?
