Had my first real good workout in weeks yesterday with my trainer. 25 minutes and we absolutely demolished my triceps, shoulders and chest. I can hardly lift my arms today. Did 24 minutes on the elliptical and finished with a solid 725ish calorie burn for the 55 minute workout.

I'm at 217... I need to get to 199 for sanity purposes. I haven't been under 200 in the past 7 years. I've gotten down to like 204... then bang... back to 215.
I need to cut all soda. I went from 1-2 big drinks from Circle K each day to either 1 or 2 cans... but I gotta cut that even more.

i've been talking up kina's workouts in the news feed so i guess i can post 'em here.
Workout I: "She Is In Possession of Legs" 15 push ups, 40 bicycles, 15 tricep dips 20 squats, 20 lunges, 60s plank 12 leg lifts, 10 squat thrusts x3
Workout II: "Abdominator" 25 jumping jacks, 30 high knees 20 push ups, 60 bicycles, 45s plank 15 leg lifts, 50 mountain climbers, 10 squat thrusts x3
We can all agree that Kina Grannis is an amazing singer songwriter and truly exceptional human being, probably top three in the world. We can also all agree that she has a slender build, so if you want to lose weight you could do worse than use her routine as a model.

I've been getting back into the habit of running. After I got injured I lost the habit and formed, well, less good habits of drinking and snacking. I am running every day and eating really well until about 8pm, at which point I have a beer (or two) and some snacks. I need to just go to bed at 7:45.
