Weight loss has been stagnant but my strength has sky rocketed.
Started to deadlift again 8 weeks ago and i had a back pull too. I maxed 370lbs deadlifted already. Feel like a beast.

One of my friends is doing this and the results after 3 weeks are nuts. Woo don't be fat

Lots of people did it for different reasons - adding lean body mass, losing weight, getting stronger, etc. They have programs for all kinds of people but it requires lots of commitment. I bought the meal plan but then realized I was going to need to be weighing my food and stuff like that. Wasn't worth it to me, but the results are definitely noticeable.
