Sexton is the clear MVP. 20s ran a season sim putting Sexton on the Sonics and they got to 7 wins. We don't have those boxes, but we do have boxes for the actual Sonics, and they added up to a whopping negative 60 Win Shares between them. Taking away Squeak's -15 obviously helps a lot, and as we saw Sexton took an enormous number of touches from the rest of the losers. Adding an elite defender would also help, but my guess is the methodology would still output a way off number. It's just not designed to work with teams this bad.
Thunder Dan as overrated as the OK3 Thunder. [Account Deleted] Chris Morris snubbed again.
So weird that two underqualified players got All-NBA First Team for a position they didn't even play. So weird. It's almost like Dan Majerle and Dirk Nowitzki are similar in a way that sets them apart from most other NBA players. Like there's something superficial #heavyreign finds appealing about them that isn't reflected in objective statistical measures. Huh. So weird.
