Objective - To turn all rewards earned/won into casino dollars to be used on rewards and to give people a way to upgrade their players without writing articles. The only rewards that will remain separate are the two RCs earned each year through posts, and any mod points earned doing board duties. Those will all remain the same and will be posted/treated the same.
Skills Camps - This is the upgrade formerly known as Training Complex. It's stupid to have TC mean two different things and is confusing for new guys. They will function in the exact same way: +5 upgrade, limit 3 per team per year, 1 per player per year, 1 per grade per player.
Reward Camps - These will function in the same way: +3 upgrade, limit 2 from posting per year, 1 per grade per player, 5 total per team per year.
Articles - Everything with articles will be treated the same except instead of voting on a 0-5 scale, you will be voting on whether the author receives 0-5000 casino dollars. The options will be 0, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000. No more +10(10000) articles. GMs may cash in three articles per season. This includes any articles given as rewards for mod duties. It is not necessary to cash in an article and then post a SC. You can simply link the article in the SC thread to save time.
Prediction Contests - Contests will still be ran the same with GMs emailing their predictions to assigned GM. Instead of a +3 bonus, GMs will receive (5000) casino dollars.
Other Contests - Will run like they always have. Odin will decide rewards prior to contest starting, and the rewards will correlate to casino dollars.
Bonus Points - The only bonus points that will remain is a +3 for winning a Championship.
Casino - Casino will continue to run like normal.
Achievments - You will now be able to receive $$$ based on how your team and players perform. Those rewards are listed below. To have your $$$ added to your bank you must post them in your thread on the Banking board with links to your box scores or award pages. To make purchases you will continue to use the thread we've been using.

Select a player 33 or older to send to Germany for special doctor's treatments. The player returns to your team with their attribute grades from a full season prior, except potential. For example, if Reggie King took a shit in this last TC, you can send him to Germany for some cash, he comes back like TC never happened. Option to return to potential (+5) from previous season for additional 7.5k. Can only be used on player once in career.
Create a prospect rules:
Players start at C- C- C- C- C-
Potential choices:
A: Player is 19 and gets +11. Grades limited to no more than two B grades and nothing higher.
B: Player is 21 and gets +13. Grades limited to no more than one B+ grade and nothing higher.
C: Player is 23 and gets +15. (Can exchange +1 for one inch.) Grades limited to no more than two B+ grades and nothing higher.
Each position has two size choices:
PG: A: 5’11” 195, B: 6’2” 175
SG: A: 6’4” 220, B: 6’6” 190
SF: A: 6’7” 245, B: 6’9” 220
PF: A: 6’9” 270, B: 6’11” 245
C: A: 6’10” 285, B: 7’1” 260
You may choose a college (country), hometown team, and loyalty/greed/play for winner.
You must write a profile and post it in the Future Drafts board.
