Rolando is pretty good and if history shows us anything Soups prospects continue to grow even after their rookie deals turn into max deals.

I don't understand why Jerry West is sending picks in this trade. Blackman and Elliot have been pretty equal until last year when Elliot blew him out of the water, and so far this year it's more of the same with Elliot at a very good 1.166 pts/tsa and Blackman at a brutal for a guard 1.016. Elliot is a better rebounder and passer. Blackman's on the first year of a 7 year max that has Jerry spending $42m for three guys in 3026 BEFORE resigning Cousy and/or Russell and/or LMA. I don't know if Cousy or Russell will be good or not but with this trade you can't max either one of them without going over the hard cap from LMA's max. Even if he was getting a ton of picks it wouldn't make sense to me, for him to be giving picks blows my mind. |

We shall see, I was looking for a guy who could score in bunches. Wouldn't be the first bad move I made but I am hoping for a Kendrick Brown type of deal.
