Waiver process will be a blind bidding using casino dollars. You will send PM with your bid to me, and the waiver will be awarded before the next sim. The max bid you may send is 10k. In the event of a tie, the waiver will be rewarded to team with lower winning percentage at that time. If also a tie, GMs will rochambeaux best 2 out of 3.
The rest of the rules will stay the same regarding having cap space, and what you can offer the player the following season.
