Wallace may be the best overall athlete in this draft, but his game is still very raw. On offense, he’s a slasher that attacks the rim and uses his athleticism to finish over defenders. His jumper and free throw shooting need work; he has decent mechanics, but needs to become more consistent. He rebounds the ball at high rate for his size. The defensive end is where Wallace really shines. He’s a very physical defender that is good at forcing turnovers. He’s very good at blocking shots as a wing. He could become one of the best defenders in the league once his game fully develops.
