 Michael Adams 22 PG 5'10 162 Boston College C + B- B- B D+ B  The Good: Adams is a solid point guard prospect out of Boston College. He sees the floor well and excels as a facilitator. Takes good care of the basketball and won’t turn it over often. He’s a good shooter off the dribble in the midrange game, but does not have three point range yet. Defensively, Adams is a pesky perimeter defender that has no problem staying with his man. His good quickness helps him to jump passing lanes for deflections and steals. He could be the type of player to regularly be among the league leaders for steals if he gets starter’s minutes. The Bad: Adams is a better scorer than his stats suggest, but there are questions about just how high his ceiling is offensively. On defense, his lack of size may hurt him against bigger point guards. The Ugly: He’s nearly non-existent on the boards. |
