We're happy to bring you another installment of the Cuban Report on Free Agency. We're even happier to tell you about how great this class is. In our time preparing this Report, we've seen one class with better top-end talent than this one, but we're not sure there has ever been this kind of depth across all positions. With that said, we're excited to begin the Report!   |

Brian Newell is definitely the top rookie PG in this class
I can definitely see him leading his team to the playoffs
Definitely worth a MAX
