Raymond Felton 21 PG 6'1 205 North Carolina C+ B- B B- C- B Strengths:
Felton is an ultra-quick point guard that excels creating off the dribble. After beating his man off the dribble he does a great job of drawing defenders then dumping the ball off to open teammates in the paint. Once in the paint he can also finish at the rim with either hand. His jump shot improved drastically last season, going from 31% to 44% (70 out of 159) on 3 point attempts. Defensively, he is a great ball-hawk, pressuring his man the entire length of the floor and being a general nuisance when his man has the ball. He has good lateral quickness and his ability to jump into passing lanes allows him to create plenty of turnovers. Felton’s a decent rebounder for his size. His upside is tremendous with his athletic tools. Weaknesses:
Will become a better defender and finisher at the rim as he gets stronger. He needs to cut down on the turnovers, which are almost always a result of playing too fast or trying to make passes that are too difficult.

There are some nice point guards in this class. Felton was a stud at UNC.
