 Jason Williams 23 PG 6'1 190 Florida C+ B- B+ C+ D+ B  Strengths:
Williams is a talented point guard who can handle pressure, knock down open shots, and use his creativity to find teammates. He’s a very good ball handler that will put up high assist numbers due to his playmaking ability. He’s a decent scorer, that’s capable of knocking down jumpers off the dribble. He’s good spot up shooter with decent range. He uses his creativity well to finish in the paint and at the rim. Williams won’t go to the free throw line too often, but will shoot a good percentage when he’s there. On defense, he creates havoc by jumping passing lanes for steals. Weaknesses:
He lacks discipline as a perimeter defender, he’ll often take himself out of position by gambling for steals. His lack of size could be a concern, he may have troubles against bigger and stronger guards. His desire to make the flashy play sometimes causes turnover problems, he’ll need to sure that up if he wants to be a reliable starter long term. |
