Strengths:
Hayes is a decent scorer that is a good outside shooter with pro range. His above average athleticism allows him to be a solid finisher on the break and at the rim. Hayes is an okay defender with average lateral quickness and strength. He’s better at guarding strong small forwards than quicker shooting guards.
Weaknesses:
Settles for perimeter jumpers too much. Lacks the ball handling ability to consistently take opposing defenders to the basket. Not much of a rebounder and won’t force too many turnovers.
