 Josh Childress Age: 21 Height: 6'8'' Weight: 210 Position: SF School: Stanford C+ B- C+ B- C+ B The Good: Childress is a pretty good jump shooter. He isn't going to score in volumes, but he's a nice 3rd or 4th option who will knock down an open shot. Defensively he's got good length and gets into passing lanes. He can block a shot or two every now and then and just plays very solid fundamentally. He's also very smart, considering he went to Stanford. His ceiling isn't the highest in the world unless he turns the corner with his defense and develops into a better scorer. An above average rebounder as well. The Bad: Not really great at anything right now. Needs to learn to finish stronger at the bucket, and get stronger in general. Doesn't seem to be a star in the making, just an overall solid guy who's best served on a contender as a 6th man/energy type guy. The Ugly: That hair. |
