1st odds OKC
2-4: Clippers, Magic, Cavs
5-8: Sonics, Hawks, Pacers, Hornets
9-10: Jazz, Grizzlies
11: West team that doesn't get the 8 seed
12-13: East teams that don't get the 8 seed

There's a legit chance the Warriors could go from the 5th seed with a 7-10 game lead around the all-star break to missing the playoffs.
