Jaylen Brown 20 SF 6'7 225 California B C C B- C+ A Strengths:
The intrigue surrounding Brown starts with his prototypical tools for the small forward position. He has a very long wingspan with fantastic strength, quick first step and explosiveness that help his readiness for the league. As a scorer, he flashed the ability to make jump shots with range, but did most of his scoring damage as a slasher. He has the ability to finish plays above the rim and through contact. Got to the foul line quite often, not at all afraid of contact and is very aggressive driving to the basket. Not a bad rebounder, especially on the defensive glass. Weaknesses:
Needs to improve his jump shot, he lacked consistency with his outside shooting on a game-to-game basis. Brown also needs to shore up his handle, he’s had some issues turning over the ball when driving into traffic. Wasn’t a great defender at Cal, as he tended lose focus on that end of the floor, but there is belief among scouts that he could be a plus defender due to his athleticism.

I'm not sure what to think of Brown. I could see him booming or busting like Andrew Wiggins.
