Dennis Smith Jr 20 PG 6'2 160 NC State B- C+ B B- C- A
Strengths:
Versatile athlete who’s an explosive leaper with quick burst and dynamic end-to-end speed. Only 6’2, but athletic ability allows him to play much bigger than his height. He’s an aggressive scorer that puts pressure on the defense and is very tough to stop when he gets going downhill. He has a capable floater and can pull up from midrange. He’s strong for his size and can finish after contact. He does a good job of using his quickness to breakdown defenses to create for others. He’s at his best in drive and dish situations. Defensively, he has quick feet, strong frame and plays with good toughness. He’ll often get into the body of his man. He can contain penetration and has active hands for steals. Weaknesses:
Smith is a capable midrange shooter, but lacks consistent range out to the three-point line. He struggles to make defenders pay for going under on pick and rolls. He needs to refine his point guard skills; he can get loose with the ball against pressure and can get a bit out of control when going to the rim.

That dunk he had against Rider a couple days ago was disgusting. Would draft based on that.
