Strengths:
Impressive athlete with good strength and leaping ability. Bridges has a developed frame which allows him to bully his way to the rim and carve out space. He can go get lobs and finish with authority above the rim. He has the ability finish inside with either hand. As a shooter, he’s made great strides. He has good high arcing stroke and flashes decent range. Bridges is mostly a set shooter, but has shown some potential to make shots off the dribble. He has good vision for a wing. He’ll move the ball ahead and make the extra pass. Defensively, he has good lateral quickness and can contain penetration with his strength. His leaping ability allows him to contest and block some shots. He does a good job of elevating in traffic for defensive rebounds.
Weaknesses:
His offensive game currently lacks polish. Bridges is a streaky shooter and not much of a creator, he’s limited to mostly straight line drives. He needs to improve his decision making with shot selection and passes. His effort level wavers on defense and he isn’t quite as physical as he should be with his size.
