The Good
The name of the game for Arthur is speed, speed, and more speed. Scouts have marveled from a young age at how quick his first step is, and that's often all he needs to blow by defenders and get shots at the rim or make plays for his teammates. He's at his best running the break, leaking out to create fast break opportunities and either getting to the hoop or drawing contact. His speed allows him to jump into passing lanes for steals but still recover if he misses on the gamble. He's also a natural leader and is driven to prove the doubters and naysayers wrong with a strong work ethic on the court.
The Bad
While Arthur can handle the rock well, he struggles with carelessness at times and will often give away possessions in the half court with a lazy pass. He's got a slender frame and needs to concentrate on building up his strength to deal with the physicality of the league. He can knock down wide open shots well enough to keep the defense honest, but he really needs to focus on improving his shooting stroke to become a more consistent threat and open up his drive and dish game more.
