His size, strength, and post positioning make the Dunkin' Dutchman the premiere shot blocking in the draft class. What he has in strength he makes up for in lack of coordination. Since high school, Rik has been forbidden from even attempting to steal the basketball for fear of early fouls. He is a very good scorer, both in the post and from the free throw line. While he is 22, with only a few years of professional coaching, scouts believe he still has potential to grow into an elite big man. |
