Why would anyone give you dumpbucks for this guy when they're tanking if they can just sign him in Free Agency?

Why would anyone give you dumpbucks for this guy when they're tanking if they can just sign him in Free Agency? because other tankers also have cap space and don't mind shelling out 1 year maxes for quality tanking PGs? (I signed Roberto to a 1 year max this season) |
