If a team is over the soft cap, or if the trade would take it over the soft cap, it cannot receive more than 115% of the salary it is sending out.
There is no limit on the amount of casino points / dump bucks / dollars that can be included in a trade.
A player signed by a new team to a deal between $6m and $8m cannot be traded until after day 60.
A player signed by a new team to a deal greater than $8m cannot be traded until after day 90.
If a player is traded during the offseason they may not be traded back until after day 30.
If a player is traded during the season before day 60 they may not be traded back until 60 days have passed.
