+/- is compared to Part 5
20s - 8 10 8 9 9 10 10 9 10 10 10 9 - 9.33 AVG +0.46
-Still doing a great job. My only critique would be I wish he'd get rid of the summit because the info isn't worth waiting 2 to 3 days for.
-he was a god tier GM, he's a god tier commissioner. if he ever wants to be a GM again, he should probably stop being so good at commissioner.
-Glad he stuck it to the weasel Heebs in the Ewing trade.
-good guy, good commish. i feel like he could really get a lot of use out of eric's draft builder spread sheet. i heard it was pretty helpful
-Has been great as commissioner, listening to input from GMs while stepping in when needed to keep people from being idiots. The draft class building is the only thing keeping it from a 10.
-Very good commish. The rule changes he made have all been good and he does a great job of communicating with the league about sim times and other things.
-best commish I've had, only complaint is I wish he could find a way to outsource creating the prospects to run summit
-10 as a commish
-my only complaint is waiting to do the summit until after the season....seems to take forever. My guess is this is his "season break" though so he still gets an 8 from me
-I was honestly worried about whoever was going to be commish after Soup but he's done a fantastic drop and there was no drop off.
-He's the best commish since I've been around. Aside from creating draft classes, he is amazingly efficient and runs SIMs on-time like Italian trains.
2poor - 7 8 6.5 7.5 6.5 8 9 7 4 6 6 6 6.5 - 6.77 AVG n/a
-Good GM. Got lucky with Lebron and hasn't been able to build a GREAT team around him. Just good.
-More than capable of putting together good teams, but occassionally makes a move that leaves me scratching my head.
-good guy, good gm. should be better with bron imo
-would be a shame if he accomplishes nothing with lebron
-think i'm pretty solid. lack a lot of the creativity needed to be an elite level GM
-Had some luck with Lebron, but he makes good moves, is active in shout, and seems like a good dude.
-It's been nice to have him back and fully engaged in the league. He hasn't done enough yet with gift of winning the Lebron lotto.
-You can draft Lebron. Congrats. Now what?
-Good GM who is always competitive.
-pretty good but not consistently great, never really makes a bad move
AndrewLuck - 6.5 6.5 6.5 7 6 6 6.5 5.5 3 5 6 4 6 - 5.73 AVG n/a
-seems like he's built a really solid team on minimal effort
-he'll probably rise in the next one.
-He's got a good thing going with his team right now. Been a great addition to the league.
-solid addition, has come on strong after a rough start
-His shoulder problems seem like an organizational issue. He really suffers because of the lack of OL protection. I liked that he was on Parks&Rec that one time.
-Thought he was terrible but has come out of nowhere the last two years to build a consistently above average Grizz team
-Don't know much about him. Not a fan of that Wade trade, so he gets a low grade from me.
-still learning but better than gbg and canes
-good guy, good gm. needs to get sim wade hooked up with sim gabrielle asap
-Too busy playing Agricola to focus on building his team.
-Would've been a bit lower if we did this a couple seasons ago but he looks like he's getting a handle on things now.
Ank - 4 8 7 8 7 7 4 6 3.5 7 6.5 8 - 6.33 AVG -0.98
-Would have been higher if 20s hadn't added a zero to his 1.1 million multi-year Swanigan offer.
-dead last in GMing ethics, but when he's engaged he's really good
-We used to be a team, then he dawdled for no dang reason and it cost me Slava.
-Gives no fucks about GMing, lost the fire back in 2015. Looking forward to his competitive resurrection in 5.0.
-medium talent
-He's been dormant for a while but don't let that fool you. He can put together a winner as well as anyone in the league.
-Lives off trade rapes of new GMs.
-good guy, good gm. time to wrap up the tank
-Been tanking lately but still a solid GM
Ayyoe - 7 7 6 8 6 6 4 6.5 2 5 7 7 - 5.96 AVG +0.58
-between work and sending inspirational maya angelou quotes to his stable of broads every morning, i'm surprised this man whore finds time to gm
-Lucked into Bird and Dame. Doesn't shout a lot.
-Drafts well and makes smart decisions when he's active. But he's not very active.
-best inactive GM ever?
-Finally built a good Wolves team after years of mediocrity. Ranking will go up if he continues it
-Beneficiary of some good breaks and probably could get some better teams if he wheeled and dealed, but he's built two cores so far and both were pretty successful.
-good guy, good gm. bad playoff luck, can't hold that against him, makes elite teams
-Signing Bird and Lillard was cool, but didnt take a lot of skill.
-Obviously never going to be active in shout or with trades but he does a good job managing his roster and is always responsive with trade offers.
-Good dude. Not active enough to be a good GM.
-his FA success pisses me off
Billy King - 1 5 5 6 2 3 5 5 0 5 - 3.70 AVG n/a
-Appreciate the activity and enthusiasm. Has a bit of RW in him and should be a good personality in the league.
-Don't let the haters get you down, Billy. His efforts have been a little misguided at times, but his presence is good for the league.
-jury's out. didn't do himself any favors with the tank shenanigans. this isn't adam silver's nba, this isn't nam
-no rating yet but he needs to quickly realize this isn't real life or it won't get much higher than this
-Too new to know. Promising though.
-Too early to know so gets an average rating.
-Too early to tell. At least he's active
-So far, not impressed. I don't come into your house and tell you how crappy it is and how I have a better house somewhere else (even though that house sounds like complete and utter garbage.)
-new
-hasn't done anything to merit an increase yet but he has a lot of potential
-I see a lot of promise here.
-New to the league but he hasn't started off well
-too early to say. he kinda annoys me a little so far, but his NBA draft casino thing is a great idea. I've got hope for him still.
Bruns - 0 7 6 RIP 5 RIP 1 5 5.5 4 4 7 - 4.45 AVG -0.93
-This ranking is a current one. He clearly barely gives a shit anymore so he gets a low grade
-he just quit
-Quitter. I prefer GMs who don't quit.
-Good guy but probably for the best that he stepped down.
-Above average. Had a nice little stew going before he walked away.
-is he still a GM?
-would be higher if he was around more. good gm, good dude.
-good guy. bruns is too. hope he enjoys the time off, gets recharged, has a coke, does some f!@#ing thing
-Never really see him on Shout. Spurs were really good this past year though
-Miss u brunsy. Even halfway engaged, he built a pretty good Spurs squad.
Canes - 5 7 6 7 2.5 7.5 5 2 4 6.5 3 5.5 - 5.08 AVG +1.80
-Good work on the title, but needs to get better at dealing with adversity.
-good guy, good gm. congrats on the title. #ohwow
-Born on third base and all that.
-Only gets a 6 because he got lucky as shit with Theus and bailed after losing so much
-never before has someone done so little and been rewarded with a title for their "effort"
-Fell ass backwards into a title. Hooray. Constantly seeking validation from other posters by playing his "nice guy" routine. Cannot think of a "pro" to list about his personality.
-Impossible to trade with, but active in shout and commenting. I try not to hold all things Miami against him. I fail sometimes.
-more successful with bankz' draft picks than bankz himself
-Canes gets a bump for the title even if he had FA luck, he made the move to get depth which helped him win the title.
-Charity title doesn't change anything.
Delap - 7 6.5 6.5 8.5 5.5 6 10 7.5 6 6 6 4 6.5 - 6.62 AVG n/a
-Active. Has had a good run. Not a ton to show for it.
-Picked up the game very quickly. Very good GM.
-Delap wasn't around for my first couple of stints but he's a delightful addition and not an awful GM
-solid GM...built a good Sonics team right off the bat but that may have been luck because they've been average for years now
-great addition to the league, mixed results
-still figuring things out but better than gbg and canes
-good guy, good gm. has put together a couple frisky teams, now's the time to go sly stallone OVER THE TOP. love the retrospectives
-i like his aggressiveness. not a big fan of his recent trades
-Super handsome, erudite, and fun. Leaves it all on the table. Has a thing for old wings.
-He's been great for activity and to have in shout. Has a ways to go as GM with trades and building title contending teams.
-Made some good moves to build a contender with Prince, but probably too overzealous in going for the glory. By the next time he builds a team, I think he'll have it down.
Dirt - 3 8 3.5 7 7 5 6 6.5 7 7 6 4 7 - 5.92 AVG -1.45
-Active Dirt will rate higher, and last season gives me some hope that he may be back again. Young bucks need to understand the beautiful chaos of dirt flippin through the auto trader.
-he seems to kind of be back or maybe he just had a manic offseason. who knows.
-proven track record.
-good guy, good assistant to the general manager
-Score is largely due to prior achievements. Hopefully he'll become more competitive with Soup's help on and off the court.
-He's clearly still rusty but I have faith in him.
-I thought we were gonna get a little Mavericks run there when Dirt got active. Hopefully he keeps it up.
-seems like work keeps him too inactive to execute his signature style of helter skelter GMing
-He's never really around and the Nuggets have sucked for years
-he has a legacy of greatness, so i'm overlooking a lot of the mixed (at best) results of his current tenure as Nuggets/Mavs GM
-Still skeptical if he is real or if he/Soup are a Tyler Durden/narrator situation.
Duc - 6 6 5 7 3.5 5 6.5 3 4 4 5.5 2 4.5 - 4.77 AVG -0.55
-Don't know enough about him but the Bucks were decent this past year
-he's back?
-I can't remember the last time Duc made a good move.
-solid dude, less solid GM
-No clue why he came back, he rarely builds good teams and is never active.
-Came back, is active, picked a great Bucks logo.
-has significantly overachieved with what was a very mediocre roster and no firsts for several years after his refurn
-good guy, good gm. team is a mess. lot of overpaid mediocre players.
-Great guy and understands NBA value well. Needs to apply some of those lessons to sim league.
-Good dude. He's in no man's land with that roster.
-one of my favorite people in the league. love talking hoops with him. not much sim success yet
Dump - 1 9 6 8 8 8 7.5 5.5 7.5 7 8 8 8.5 - 7.08 AVG +1.10
-fuck you trumptime
-Yes he's cheesed and been blessed with incredible luck acquiring players. But he has a good understanding of how to build teams and when to tank or go all in.
-It pains me to say this, but he's turned into a solid GM.
-good guy, good gm. built a great team, got a little lucky before and after but still. not buying $30m of darkovis, but jason williams will keep him up
-I like dump, for all his foibles. The League is a better place because of him.
-damn good gm. taste in women is suspect.
-TMBSL's version of Duke or the Yankees. Everyone's favorite antagonist, and we all enjoy laughing when he comes up short. But he's been incredibly successful as a GM.
-lot of luck throughout the years but still substantially better than he was in 2.0
-Aside from the Bird + JJ dynasty, Dump hasn't done shit since I've been around
-it feels like sacrilege ranking him this high, but i can't argue with the rings
-Lucked into a dynasty and has had his hand held almost every step of the way. He has gotten better over the last few years though
-Dump has built good teams and does a lot for us with the bank.
Eric - 9 8.5 6 7.5334 7 8 8.5 7.5 8 8 7.5 7 8 - 7.73 AVG +1.04
-His style of building teams is interesting and has gotten him 1 title....but literally nothing else
-After a lot of ridicule and several 8 seed championships, he's now a legit great GM who mines the bargain bin better than anyone else. His ladder articles are a master class in trolling.
-it took me a while to come around on eric, but i get it now
-People blame eric for ruining the league with numbers, I see it as a good thing. It still takes a good GM to win (or a lucky one, I guess?). He comes with great takes, backs up opinions. Would be ranked higher if I knew who Kina was.
-Knows more about the software than anyone else will ever know. He should have more success than he does.
-Not sure what the future is going to be for the Knicks and could be rough but Eric finds a way to have decent teams, he does a lot around here and even stepped up doing some pods when it was needed plus has down power hours. Might be an 8 if he ever finished the D&D.

-MVP of sim league with all of his contributions but as a GM he makes some head scratching decisions.
-good guy, good gm. made easily the best trade in history that brought back a player a gm created that almost tore the league apart
-Would be an elite GM if he'd embrace tanking. He's wrung all the value he can from FA and trading for advanced stats stars.
-data driven analysis brings new perspective to the league, consistently has playoff teams despite being Team #nevertank
Fason - 10 10 9 9 10 10 9.5 10 10 9.5 10 10 - 9.75 AVG +1.50
-no comment necessary
-The best current GM. Zero doubt about that.
-best GM in the league, period.
-No one better in the league at all the controllable aspects of GMing. Should have another title or two at least.
-good guy, good gm. crazy that he hasn't won a title with this core, and crazy how he has tinkered it to keep it at max power these five years
-Consistently the best GM in the 10 months I've been here. Tanks like a master, wins like a master.
-one of the elite, consistently has a top team when he wants to
-Always good. Quick and smart tanks to rebuilds
-He's the best GM IMO. Really respect what he does and he is great at whatever he tries to do whether that is making a tanker or a competitor.
-The GOAT.
-i legit believe fason is currently the best GM in the league. he's good at everything
Fecta - 8 8 7 8 7 8 8 7.5 7 6 7 7 7.5 - 7.38 AVG n/a
-good guy, good gm. longshot title or no, just making a perennial playoff team in charlotte deserves some love
-Incredibly lucky championship but has built a contender and is a good dude
-Took a while to get his franchise on the right path but has found a lot of success being aggressive in the trade market. Still needs to work on his free agent bids to avoid hamstringing his roster with bloated contracts, but I guess that's a Charlotte tradition.
-Hung on to Carter and has built a competitor around him.
-best of the new GMs.
-another new to me GM, has a very good core, one of our more underrated GM's imo, could value depth more
-Best GM out of all the newcomers from the past year or so.
-pretty good but he's still young
-Good to have around, runs a solid organization, treats all with respect.
-Another newer guy who picked up the game quickly. Good GM
-he has a ring, and i can't think of anything else about him
GBG - 3 7 4 7 4.5 6.5 4 6.5 5 5 4 3 6 - 5.04 AVG -1.20
-could really use more input from soup
-The shine has really worn off.
-Hasn't been good in years. Idk.
-Average.
-has been decidedly mediocre since having to build his own roster
-He's not 5 championships good as a GM but he's also better than recent seasons might indicate.
-Where has he been? Is he alive? What are the Thunder doing?
-His rating continues to get worse and worse each time we do these. He seems like a good guy overall but I'm not a fan of how he handles his sim business.
-good guy, good gm. it's been twenty years since shareef, hasn't made a good team since
-it's clear who the real architect behind the thunder dynasty was
-Has fallen a long when he joined the league and had a dynasty. Still a solid GM though
Heebs - 9 9 8 9 9 9 9.5 7 9 10 9 9 10 - 8.96 AVG +0.42
-Would be a 10 aside from the April Fool's Day non-sense. Good dude, super helpful to new GMs, good articles abound.
-runner up to fason, somehow always has a war chest of assets to throw out when a star becomes available.
-Now that 20s is commish, there's no one in the league as good at keeping his team in the title mix year after year. Always maintains a good mix of seasoned vets, developing prospects, and tradeable assets.
-good guy, good gm. the title team was phenomenal. has been a cut below the elite teams otherwise, but #nevertank
-Always good. Great GM in terms of team building much like Fason
-Always has a team that can challenge, constantly retooling his team. It's been impressive to watch.
-Another very good GM who loses points because he lives off trade raping new GMs.
-the only person i considered for a 10 other than fason but he has had some mediocre years lately
-fringe elite GM, great content creator, still undecided about him as a draft master
-Best GM in the league. Really impressive how he evaluates talent and usually gets the most value he can out of trades.
IanBoyd - 6 7.5 4 7 5.5 6 7.5 4 4 6 5 7 7 - 5.88 AVG n/a
-Great in shout, active in trades. The Lakers are up and comers.
-obnoxious, "good" tanker, yet to build a true contender in 4.0 imo
-did you guys hear he got a new tv?
-Insufferable, didn't think it was possible for his personality to get shittier. The hot takes and constant criticism of what other GMs do is incredibly annoying.
-For a guy who knows the software as well as he does, he's a mediocre GM
-remember in 2013 when we all thought Ian was like some sim wizard
-All bark no bite
-good guy, good gm. inherited a very good team from tyler and turned it into zaza pachulia
-His use of absolutes would make even a Sith Lord blush. Has been a bit rusty since his rejoining the league but has things rolling now.
-Says the championship formula is two D/R bigs; starts two two-way bigs.
JHB - 7 7 6.5 7.5 5 7 8 4 6 7 5.5 4 6 - 6.19 AVG +1.79
-i don't know what he's doing
-I don't understand the things that go on in his brain but he's had very good results since he came back
-Guided the Hawks to heights they haven't reached since the halcyon days of RW. Wasn't overly excited about his return given how badly his previous stints have ended, but he's won me over.
-Way better than Ralsherman was. Not sure how long he had been gone before coming back, but his moves have had the Midas touch upon his return.
-Amazing what he did with the Hawks this year. Present on Shout a lot
-unorthodox but effective, almost always good, but rarely great and sometimes really bad has 1/6 of Hawks total playoff appearances while GM'ing only 1/16 of the seasons
-Whole lot of Meh
-Glad to see JHB more active this time around and was impressed with what he did with the Hawks
-Has been a terrific addition this time around. I hope he stays active and engaged.
-good guy, good gm. each long contract on his roster makes me want to hurl
kn88 - 9 4.5 8.5 8 8 8 8.5 9 9 8 8 9 - 8.13 AVG +0.25
-excellent GM who does extremely well despite not being on the board every day like others
-great gm that hasn't had as much playoff success as others
-Tier 2 right behind Fason.
-His GMing during the early Kyrie-Jesus days was the best example of the hot hand I've seen in this league. He was hitting everything. Shame he only got one title to show for it.
-good guy, good gm. the kyrie rebuild was prompt, this one's taking a little longer and building around bigs is always scary, but we'll see
-One of the best in the league, I have my doubts on how much playoff success he'll have with a team built around two high volume bigs but I'm looking forward to seeing what he puts together.
-Masterfully switched from an all-time backcourt to what will surely be an all-time frontcourt. A good rep for the Chocolate City.
-i think people are finally wise to what a truly great GM he is
-fringe elite as well, currently in a rebuild but getting close to being a machine again
-Can't believe he didn't win more titles with Kyrie and Jesus. Hasn't done anything since. Probably should be lower.
Lip - 4 5 2 6.5 3 4 7 2 4 5 2 4.5 - 4.08 AVG n/a
-i'm not sure what he's doing
-Mormon version of Ayyoe. Would like to see him hang out in shout and become more active. He'll need to if he ever wants to be successful at this.
-good guy. couldn't name a single bull. is lip alive.
-Figuring things out (just like me, still) and active every day (at least sets his DC/makes bets in the Casino). Made some real head-scratching trades, but I'm guilty of the same.
-I like that he's out here doing things. But his moves elicit more "why?"s than "wow!"s.
-Who?
-Don't know this guy, but his team is a mess.
-solid but unspectacular, good enough to keep around, probably won't ever contend
-Bulls have sucked for awhile and I never see him on Shout
-i would have given him a 0 had he not allowed me to trade for the pick to tank for kvh
Majic - 7.5 8 7 7.5 4 7 7.5 7 2 6 7 3 7 - 6.19 AVG +1.73
-no one has ever made more hay from two draft picks than this guy
-A terror to trade with. Bad talent evaluator.
-Should have won more titles with Arenas...but generally a good guy and good GM
-big fan of Majic, great for the league and usually does a good job building his team. Like what he's doing now
-Good GM. This rebuild should be interesting.
-The new Tyler that somehow finds a way to acquire elite talent. Tyler is probably more intelligent though.
-I alternate between being annoyed by Majic and amused by him. I'm still not sure how he has made it this long in the league and had the success he's had without understanding some fundamental things.
-this dude actually has two title. fucking crazy.
-good guy, good gm. only won one with gilbaylor but he just ran into the teeth of the beastlantic
-He's got a stew going in Portland. Some SVI luck was all he needed. Good guy, terrible football thrower.
-people give him shit but i like him and we've never had an issue working out deals. good gm. team should be good again soon.
MJ - 1 5 2 6.5 2 4 4.5 3.5 2 4 2 0 3.5 - 3.08 AVG
-Magic have been garbage for awhile
-good guy. is finally actually tanking instead of just loitering at 30 wins. really interested in korver, ygm mj
-Bankztank all over again.
-Is well-positioned in a somewhat deep draft to overhaul his team this year. Shouts occasionally, isn't quite as absent as some other GMs and gets called out for it WAY more often. Not fair.
-Appreciate his prior contributions as commish but he's a waste of a spot as a GM.
-He is barely around. Too busy at the gym.
-He's never around
-bankz said he would take an open spot. fire mj now.
-Just kinda floating around.
-i wish he cared
- either a scumbag or just dumb, still can't decide
Odin - 5.5 8 5 7 6.5 6 7 6 6.5 5 6.5 7.5 - 6.38 AVG -0.23
-Has a bit too much of Dirt disease and turns over his roster too often which gets himself into trouble.
-Better than his lack of success shows. He has a good thing going right now, hopefully he doesn't sabotage himself with impatience.
-Bobcats haven't really done anything as of late
-him and trofie have been my favorite trade partners in 4.0. always fair, always pleasant to deal with. has some good pieces now.
-can't ever seem to settle on a direction
-Above average GM that has been plagued in the past with ending tanks too soon. He seems to have gotten that right this time
-meh
-good guy, good gm. hasn't had a good team since turner, but this core looks strong
-The best in the league at putting himself in a hole and digging his way out.
-He's here, he's active, he makes solid moves. His teams haven't been title contenders since I've been around, but they haven't been embarrassments either. So he's got that going for him.
Pete - 8.5 8.5 7 8 8 8 9.5 7.5 8 9 8.5 8 8 - 8.19 AVG +0.69
-One of the best in the league and has a really good understanding of value. Up there with Heebs and Eric as key contributors to the league.
-Bad luck with the old Raptors but re-built them relatively quickly and is now good again. A good GM
-year 3 t-mac turnaround on deck.
-One of the best GMs in the league. Enjoy watching him build a roster.
-I probably should have made him a ten too. Consistently great.
-very good GM, better podcast cohost
-He seems to always be competitive.
-Carries a big sword, was killed by a horse. Successfully cursed my team, so kudos to him for that. The Raptors should contend as long as Gil is on the squad.
-good guy, good gm. the mark cuban of the central, always churning out very good teams. great presence. great musk. when this realignment all gets sorted out i think he and i should hang out at union station mcdonald's together
-another good gm with less than stellar playoff luck
-Very good GM that should have more banners. Hopefully the Beastlantic rubs off on him.
Shaun - 7 8 7 8 6 7 7.5 7 7 5 4 6 - 6.63 AVG +0.16
-Was here a lot more last summer, seems to be more distant now. Bounced back from a bad FA day to rule the trade market. Team has a bright future.
-good guy, good gm. hasn't spent as much time on the league recently but is still a top contributor
-Made some great moves this season. Good GM
-Good guy. Has solid teams for the most part
-It hurts me to rank him this low because I like the guy a lot
-big fan of his recent moves.
-Glad he stuck it out. Lost his mojo for a little while but bounced back with a great season last year.
-He makes some really good moves but struggles to put together title contending teams.
-solid but kind of in a lull until he has picks again
-he's still here?
-Has always been a good GM, which was evidenced by his FA disaster turned trading coup this last season.
Spl - 6 8 7.5 7.5 7 7 8 7 6 7 7.5 6 7.5 - 7.08 AVG +0.73
-good GM, but it's time to trade Dunn you bum
-Has put together a few teams capable of winning it all. Glad he finally got over the hump.
-Whines too much about his team, but that is really the only negative about our patriarch. Runs a good podcast, seems like a good dad, only GM to win a title with Bird that didn't completely luck into his acquisition.
-Good dude. Above average GM. Wish he would trust his gut more often.
-steady.
-good guy, good gm. the jazz fire sale was five flame emojis, hopefully he still has enough time to run the tank
-i'm just glad he's whining less now
-Would like to see more pods but he did a good job building his last team and does pods for the league.
-He's got a title and makes solid decisions with his roster
-he does great work, and is a good guy. just a good addition to the league
-Always around. Good dude. Loving father. What else can you ask for

Taco - 4 6 10 7 4 5 8 5 6 5 5 5 5 - 5.77 AVG +1.17
-probably the biggest gap in the league on "how this GM perceives his own abilities" and "how the rest of the league perceives this GM's abilities"
-Taco's self-assessment: 9.5; league average for Taco: 4.5
-Just a great dude overall
-Meh. In the bottom half of the league.
-Obnoxious clown that I do enjoy having in the league. Really needs to stop giving those 7 year deals.
-getting better. don't sign average guys to long ass deals anymore.
-Something something rebounding.
-good guy, good gm. dirk is a weird piece to fit but he's so good, the team should still be better
-No comment really, don't have a lot to say about Taco.
-Reminds me of the real life Knicks.
-i feel like taco could legitimately be 12 years old

-Idk who this is
-incomplete
-He's new. I like his name. No vote.
-will update after i see the gender splits on STEM careers in five years
-Too early to know so gets an average rating.
-Has never written a bad article or said anything stupid in shout. Great addition.

-Ward has shown why he was one of the top GMs in 2.0. Best skill he's shown is the ability to maintain cap flexibility year after year, which has given him a lot of bites at the FA apple, while still managing to fill out a strong supporting cast if he misses on the big names.
-good guy, good gm. the new trofie, makes great cores and tears 'em down too soon. epstein/bender/tobi, ewing/embiid/houston, rashard/baylor/sleepy... feel like he'd have at least one title if he stuck with any of them
-Was one of the best in 2.0. He's not active enough to be higher on the list
-The best of us (among Noles) and the GM with the most unique team building style. He is the only GM I would say is consistently a force in FA. Doesn't seem like luck.
-Would be higher if the Rockets didn't falter this year
-It took him some time to get adjusted to the current league, best GM in the west right now.
-elite GM, always finds a way to be very good
-glad he finally decided to return to tmbsl. we needed a return of the old guard, still do.
-Great cap manager. Not sure whether to credit his perpetual soft cap or RNG for his team.
-he's mastered free agency in a way the rest of us can only dream of

-Left me with garbage in Seattle... came back and is doing the same thing to the Clippers. Nice guy, though.
-Too erratic
-more meh
-Sonics were terrible under him and the Clippers haven't done much since he arrived
-Seems to have lost interest in this again.
-just another guy to set a dc
-not much sim success but i don't care because i love the dude.
-Could be much better if he gave a fuck.
-good guy, good gm. that kandi contract leaves a sour taste. stop drafting bigs for the love of god
-Great presence in the league even if it's only for the occasional shout drop-in. I've seen him build a good team once or twice.
-he was one draft pick away from having the greatest homegrown core of the last 30 years and having a completely different ranking

What else can you ask for
-How about you quit fucking kissing everyone's ass around here? I bet your lips are chapped by now...
-i feel like taco could legitimately be 12 years old
TimPig - 1 2 11 8 5 - 5.40 AVG n/a
-Who?
-Idk who this is
-incomplete
-He's new. I like his name. No vote.
-will update after i see the gender splits on STEM careers in five years
-Too early to know so gets an average rating.
-Has never written a bad article or said anything stupid in shout. Great addition.
W2D - 10 8 7.5 7.5 7.5 6 9.5 6.5 8 8 7.5 8 9 - 7.92 AVG n/a
-Ward has shown why he was one of the top GMs in 2.0.
-he's mastered free agency in a way the rest of us can only dream of
Yawn - 3 6 3 7 3 4 5.5 5 5 4 4 2 4 - 4.27 AVG -0.04
B-b-b-b-Bonus-s-s-s-s-s-s
Soup -50 -50.00 AVG -40.24
-one of the worst gms in league history. i completely understand why he's scared to come back.
