Diallo is an athletically gifted scoring guard. He is as quick as they come on a straight line and jumps out of the gym. He is not strong enough to hang with big men in sim league, but he's got above average strength for a guard. If he gets the ball in the post (or frankly anywhere else) he is not going to pass it. And that's good, because his strength and inside ability allows him to bully guards and get easy inside buckets. Defensively, Diallo relies too much on his athleticism and lacks good fundamentals. While he is only 6'4", that is deceptive because his wing span is nearly seven feet. With his athleticism and length, he'll get a lot of deflections and blocks.
There are two flaws in his game. First and most obviously it's that he has not developed his jumper. For a guard he shoots a poor percentage on his free throws and he is not a good three point shooter. The form is there, he just needs to work on his consistency. With his work ethic and potential, he's got the ability to become a serviceable shooter. Second, struggles as a ball handler. The combination of him being a ball stopper and being prone to turnovers, he'll likely average more turnovers than assists for his career.
