Flea's energy and attitude make him a spark plug for his team. He's not going to be a major offensive scoring force, but his sublime handling and precision passing make him a dynamo teammate. He is an outstanding free throw shooter that hasn't yet put the time into developing a three point shot. The form is there, however, and he could become quite a threat with that skill. Scouts see tons of potential for Flea, who will need some time to harness his high-energy approach to become a TMBSL star.
