A phenomenal athlete, Dan has all the natural ability to succeed in sim league. Quick, strong, and an out-of-the-gym jumper, Cortese can get to the rim and finish. He is an above average jump shooter for a guard entering the league, but doesn't truly excel either from the line or beyond the arc. Dan will be a primary ball-handler in the league, with both the handling chops and the passing ability to be a star. If there is one weakness in his game it is his defensive consistency. With his potential and scoring ability, he should be a top pick in the draft.
