You ever wonder which squares you're most likely to be on at the end of a turn? The same graph with only ownable squares: . I modeled the game with chance, community chest, go to jail, exiting jail when rolling doubles, automatically exiting after the third turn. I did not model get out of jail free cards getting out of jail, get out of jail free cards changing the distribution of chance/community chest cards, or paying to get out of jail early because those depend on the humans involved in the game. I did not model three consecutive doubles going to jail because it was hard.

team corner around free parking is the best spot to own. cheap to upgrade and you can knock people out with the quickness it's critical location wise because of where it is relative to jail, which also means it's likely to be landed on by people who haven't gone around GO recently. the best location. what a good location
