As the actual cop I call bullshit on heebs. He's gotta be mafia. I was debating on whether or not to r3veal myself already since we've already gotten SPL. My first inspection was JHB and I confirmed he's a civilian This was the one downside I tried to avoid with my post. I tried to bait a mafia. Maybe I did. Maybe I forced the cop to reveal himself. In any case I am sure I am not the cop and Pete may be. I am a vanilla civ. BG protect Pete. If Pete is lying for the love of god don't say a word real cop. Inspect JHB and we likely win. Good luck town and goodbye. Nice try Majic but Pete confirmed I'm a civ. Poor effort all around |

I am absolutely a civilian. I disagree it is dumb. The positive outcomes outweigh the negatives. The only negative, which unfortunately we may have encountered, is that Pete is the real cop and he outed himself. I'd argue his outing himself is the dumb move. Not what I did. But I appreciate that he may not have seen that.

As I understand this game the point is to avoid dying if you are a civilian. This was my last ditch effort. I tried to leave breadcrumbs for a real cop to realize I was no mafia as I wouldn't have gone through all the painstaking detail of why a person could fake being a cop and state twice, very clearly, that the real cop would investigate me and not reveal themselves. Love and learn. no, the point is to beat the mafia if you are a civilian I don't think you're a civilian because I don't think you're this dumb. But you continue to prove me wrong. We shall find out at the end of the day. Watch out 20s, i tried this approach last game and it proved ineffective in analyzing heebs moves. |

How is outing myself dumb? If the mafia try to hit me and the bodyguard protects me, then we're left with a 8-1 civ to mafia advantage with either the name of the last mafia or two people we can verify as Cavs, plus eric for whatever weight you want to give him

We can agree to disagree about whether my faking being a cop was stupid or not. I played the odds knowing I am not a mafia and it bit me.
What is important now is that we have an advantage on the mafia and we need to exploit that.
The bodyguard now knows who he needs to protect.I am a vanilla civ. Kill me if you want. Once that is confirmed, the mafia need to kill Pete. Body guard protect him. Pete can now freely share his info which provides a bigger civ coalition. We likely lose the body guard and a mafia tonight. And then Pete tomorrow night. So tonight's inspection is important.

We need to use what little time we have left to decide who Pete is going to investigate tonight
I think TimPig is a good candidate because if Heebs is mafia, it seems he and SPL had a strategy going of trying to implicate each other early by voting for each other and Heebs just voted for TimPig
I think Soup is questionable because he voted for BK right after I changed my vote when Heebs did his fake cop admission but never jumped back on when Pete came forward with his info
Fecta, GBG, and eric are the only others who haven't voted Heebs. I don't believe eric is mafia because he is naïve enough to believe we all believe his word. I think GBG just hasn't been on this morning and that's why his vote isn't in.
So I would make my next most likely mafia list:
