Based on our list and if Pete is being truthful about being a survivor, there's a 75% chance he's mafia or neutral evil and his voting/behavior on Day 1 was a non-town tell, I said it then

Vote out canes
Escort/sheriff/investigate soup, rv, delap
Doctor one of spl, fecta, gbg and hope we block a hit

The only way I see this going downhill is if gbg is godfather and passed off the consigliere's info as his own

GBG is an investigator
Escort is spl and he could tell us someone is godfather if he guesses right...so why would the doctor protect fecta over spl or gbg

Amnesiac:

The Amnesiac is the ultimate wild card of Mafia -- someone who has forgotten his memory and does not know what his role is. He has the ability to remember that his role is the same as anyone's in the graveyard, which gives him a ton of latitude on how to approach the game. So, if and when the amnesiac switches roles (at night), you will be notified the next day. 

Should we take this as an affirmation that we have an amnesiac and there is no jester?

There are 2 neutral roles neutral evil and neutral benign. Neutral benign was listed as 1 of 4 possible roles, 1 being jester and another being amnesiac. It sounds like we have affirmation that we have an amnesiac, so then there can be no jester
